Order Processing & Shipping: Please allow 10-12 business days for processing time for all skincare products & 2-3 business days for shipping. If it has been more than 15 business days total and you still have not received your items, please reach out to customer service. 

Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for ANY REASON!! If you receive a wrong or damaged product. Please refer to the wrong/damaged policy for further instructions. 

Incorrect/Damaged Policy:  If you receive a wrong or damaged product please contact customer service, cincerebeauty@gmail.com with a photo of the product within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response and a solution. You will be granted a replacement for the item, or a store credit for however, much the item is worth!
